most of the species that you have mentioned are very rare in germany.
did i understand you well that you would travel to another country to buy some of those puffers?
if not: i do not think that any of the german traders would send them to croatia. shipping live anymal internationally is not that easy (legally by the law).
don't you have some aquariumfishtraders in croatia, for example in zagreb, that could get some puffers for you?
